The Daily Fail is saying that Inter want Gerrard.

For the £25-30mil quoted, I'd be tempted :p:

Same but I don't know, Liverpool without Gerrard would just feel weird tbh :s-smilie:

Juve want Benitez...

They've wanted him for a while and tbh if anyone was going to take Benitez from us I'd want it to be Madrid for the extra money we could get
Rafa should stick through the difficult times at Liverpool.

Rafa Benitez, we want you to stay!

I want him to stay as well tbh.
Glad we both agree on something.

Is anyone here on the Red and White Kop forum? I keep trying to register but they are never open :s-smilie:

Oh and to anyone who was looking to go the memorial tomorrow they have released 1500 tickets today and have said they will not be giving them away at the ground tomorrow.

The TO will be open for tickets until 2pm tomorrow.

Still a disgrace.

Do you have to pay to go to the memorial? :s-smilie:

Yer that has been in about 3 different papers over the last few weeks, £30m bid? Sometimes Balotelli is touted as part of it as well.
I doubt Mourinho will be staying there so doesn't seem likely.

Edit: deshi - No it is free, but the tickets are for health and safety or something  The only reason the crowd was so big last year was because it was the 20th Anniversary.

"With all the talk of Juventus, however, it is easy to overlook that in Marca this week, Real Madrid supporters voted Benitez to be their ideal next manager, ahead of Jose Mourinho and Fabio Capello. Real are Benitez's hometown club. He supported them growing up, played for them as youth player, came up through the coaching ranks and eventually took charge of their B team. They could well tempt him away from Anfield if the investment does not materialise."

Balotelli might be a great player on FM and show great potential now but he's about as anti-Benitez signing as you can get. He's got a worse attitude problem than Pennant ffs! And we saw how badly that ended, Balotelli would just create a worse situation than that.

If Mourinho cant handle Balotelli's ego, I doubt Rafa can either. Mario needs to be either let to do as he pleases and the manager not care, or go to a small club where he can be the big fish.

I'd stay well clear on that evidence, unless Rafa is adamant that Balotelli is willing to change/work on his atttiude.

Balotelli was recently caught wearing an AC shirt as well  he is an amazing FM player :coma: I have him as a natural left winger and striker now :yep: but I couldn't imagine his ego fitting into our club at all especially if Rafa was still in charge.

He would be perfect in terms of ability, age and versatility but as you said, his attitude is an absolute nightmare.
can't see Gerrard moving ever really. I just doubt we would sell.

Who is this Vargas ?

Plays for Fiorentina. Was a left back originally but defensively is poor so now he plays left midfield a lot for them.
Has bundles of energy and pace, one of his team mates described him as being the best left footed crosser of the ball he's ever played with. Is a free kick specialist too.
Basically a better left footed version of Johson.

Sod defending :awesome:

Which one of you two had horrible injuries? Anyhow, wondered if you knew any way to strengthen a knee. Mines giving me a bit of bother at the moment and its ******* annoying having to stop playing. Just thought one of you might know since you had so many injuries.

Me :facepalm2:

What type of injury is it? As in cartilage/bone/tendon/ligament? And are you fairly flexible? As having (extremely) tight hamstrings causes a lot of pain in my knees.
Watching the Fulham game on LFC TV yesterday and I couldnt help get to thinking.... I never liked him when he was with us but, if Luis Garcia was 5 years younger would you still want him at the club? He gave the ball away more often than not, but i reckon he could have made chances against that Fulham side, and he would have been decent for the Athletico game?
Well, there are two parts to it.

One is it seems weird when I put weight on it, its like I'm putting weight directly above it and it feels like the bone isn't in the right position. But there is no pain with that. The main injury it hurt to move it and sort of hurt at the bit connecting to the bottom of my knee. Sorry about the poor diagnosis, I should probably see my GP but it seems like a minor problem.
