i feel sad without music...
I HAVE to have my headphones on when I work out. The music in my gym SUCKS. I cannot stand poppy commercial sounding trance personally. It's all crap popstep everytime I work out so it's either headphones or that.

Sam Cooke inspires me. Can't go wrong with his music

hi friends, each one thinks about their body maintenance, mostly people who are fat enough. so they all suppose to do excersice. but most of them may be tired with doing excersice. i think it is better to do excersice with music. i am sure it will relax your body and you won't be get tired and will do more.
Rhythmic music help you to move your body in fact light dance on fast music sufficient for exercise starters.
When I run I use one of these three:

It's mainly dance/chart/dubstep and some other stuff.

Tempa T- next hype
**** like this

**** like that

Eminem - Till I collapse
2pac - Hail Mary
Eye of the tiger
Rocky theme song <3
Eminem - Mosh
Eminem- Like toy soldiers
Eminem - lose yourself
Dizzee Rascal - Scream
Modestep - Sunlight
Devlin - Brainwash
Glebstar - Riding High

Sometimes I also stick like one motivational speech from Eric Thomas or something just so if I drop intensity at any point I can go hard again

I mostly use rap but I find that dub step or drum and bass with little lyrics works well too
