Been suffering with shin splints for the past 3-4 weeks (not much football to a lot in short space of time). To squat or not to squat? Thoughts?
Currently playing 4 times a week, 2 90 min 11 a side games and 2 5/6 a sides (40-60mins). I'm going to scale that down for a week or two, and just wondering if it may be worth holding back on squats and deads for a couple of weeks. To be honest, I can't remember when I last had a week off either.
In before 'man the f*ck up and skwat'. I want to squat and may do tomorrow, unless the overriding opinion is to hold back!
