Is it worth asking for 'special consideration'?
A few weeks ago, I sat the AQA French higher listening paper. All THREE of the CDs stopped working. My teacher said she would write to the exam board and as about special consideration for us, but is it even worth it? I can't imagine they'd alter my marks /grade boundaries enough for it to actually make a difference...

It is worth it. In one of our A2 geography exams, the invigilator cut off our time by about 5 minutes. We all complained and our exams officer wrote a letter to the exam board requesting special consideration and I believe it went through
. Sounds bad in your case but one can only hope right lol
