Can someone please help me work out what i will need in my third year of uni?

My degree is weighted as 40% in the second year, and 60% in the third year.

2nd year result - 58%

I need to know what i would need to get an overall grade of 60%, and also 70% as my final grade.

I suck at math so if you could please explain how you did this that would be great, if not no worries i'm just grateful for the help!

61.3 for a second.
78 for a first.
