Do Russell Group unis care about 4 A-Levels; Should I drop Physics or not?

I'm currently doing Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Maths. I don't know what I want to do anymore at uni specifically; I keep switching between Biochemistry, Genetics, Medicinal and Biological Chemistry etc...

Do Russell Group unis (bar Oxbridge) prefer those that have 4 A-Levels, especially Imperial. I'm not looking to do anything like Biochemical Engineering or courses that explicitly ask for 4 therefore is it worth dropping Physics to spend more time on my other A-Levels?
I cannot comment on Imperial specifically but nearly all universities only ask for 3 A levels. A number of years ago I attended an open day at a leading university . The admissions tutor commented he didn't care if you had 6 A levels or not. The only thing that counted were the grades for 3 A levels. For example A*AA is seen as more preferable than AAAA by most universities

Cambridge doesn't require 4 A-levels for any course.
