Lovely bleach stains (and blood stains) on the carpet that I was welcomed with. Oh and I've just found out today that 2 girls in my flat have had rats in their rooms. Not exactly what I expected at £93 a week and they're putting their prices up to £100 next year. ha.

Like as pets, or them just coming it? :afraid:

Call me biased, but definitely James Watson! They're relatively new compared to some of the other halls so in pretty good condition still, the location is excellent and I've got fantastic flatmates as well.
