Looking for someone to take my room contract in London zone 1/SW8 this summer

Hi guys,

This is William and I am currently a KCL Postgrad student, I will be back to my hometown in the beginning of July and hope to seek for someone to take over my contract.

It's Atlas which is now a KCL Postgrad dorm. The starting available time is any time in July before 11th, and the ending time is 9. Sep when the official contract ends. The original price is £325/w but I will provide a lower price at £230/w, which is still remain discussable.

The room is ensuite with 7 other nice flatmates sharing the kitchen, the dorm has an in-building laundry, study room and a beautiful roof terrace.

The location is also ideal, with 5 mins walking to Vauxhall station (Victoria line and Overground), bus station, and a 8 mins walk to Northern line Nine Elms Station and a massive Sainsbury’s.

The ideal person is a current KCL postgraduate student (22/23) as it would be easier to transfer in an official process, please feel free to contact me if you are interested, thanks in advance!
