You need to buy a license. The government rarely gives a few out for people to buy, so you'll just have to buy an existing one.
I assume you mean opening your own pharmacy.

I am going graduate in pharmacy next year and i would like to know what are the procedures of opening your own pharmacy. What are the pros and cons of opening it from scratch. My father already owns a large store on a high street and i would be looking to open it in there with no loan repayments. How hard would it be and what are the benefits?
