btw...you can also say "meine meinung nach ..." (My opinion is...)

"Meiner Meinung nach" - dative. And it needs an inversion.

oh yeah, ich hab vergessen...you can also say
"Ich interessiere mich fuer ..." = I am interested in ....
.....gefaellt mir (nicht) = (doesnt) suit(s) me
Ich glaube/denke dass, = I believe/think that, ....
