Environmental Engineering at UCL

One of the few universities that offers environmental engineering as an undergraduate degree is UCL. I would like to ask weather the course is relatively competitive or does it have a fewer number of applicants than other engineering courses?

Furthermore, is the Environmental Engineering (International Programme) MEng, less competitive than the Environmental Engineering MEng course?

The website states that "one or more from Mathematics, Physics, Geography, Biology and Chemistry at higher level are welcomed but not required".I have a predicted of 38 points, and I do take physics at HL, but I have heard rumors that many applicants were rejected because they did not take biology and chemistry at HL. Is this true?

My last question is what are the usual offers given to the applicants, and what is the offer to places ratio?
