Prandtl Number Calculation - with unit conversion.

Hi guys need some help as i can find any converter which uses these units.
to calculate the pradntl number the units must be kg/ m s, J/ kg K and W/ m K
the question is as follows:

With heat capacity equal to 0.577 J/g oC, fluid viscosity equal to 1,744 lb/ft hr and thermal conductivity equal to 0.335 W/m oC, calculate the Prandtl Number (report your answer to 0 decimal places).

so basically im asking how you convert the three units in the question to the units required. (preferrably with multiples would be easier.)

so thats lb/ ft hr to kg / m s, J/g C to J/ kg K and W/ m C to W / m K

any help greatly apreciated
1 lb/ft hr = 0.4536/(0.3048*60^2) kg/m s
1 lb/ft hr = .0004134 kg/m s

for the next two we wont be able to find a perfect conversion factor since the units are not scaling but are subject to transformation i.e x C = (273 +x) K and using this transformation we will proceed accordingly.

so is 1 W / m C just 273 W / m K ??
