I work at a concession within Debenhams, so the process may be slightly different. First I had a telephone interview, then a face to face interview, all within a week. When I was offered the job, I then had to do an induction on a Saturday which lasted all day, involved things like personal safety, health and safety etc. Then I had to do loads of separate training: till training, accounts training etc.

What questions where you asked in the interview, oh & single or group sessions ?
Sorry for all the questions, i'm trying to prep myself for the worst.

I was asked questions like:

How would you cope with a difficult customer
Give an example of when you have worked in a team to achieve something
Why would you be good for the job
What skills could you bring to us
How would you prioritise your work
What is your understanding of customer care etc

I was in a single session, although when I did the training I was with other people.
