Biomedical science?

Hey, this is aimed at Biomedical science students, or anyone who knows anything about this. I was just wondering how much Maths is involved in this subject?. I would imagine less than Chem and Physics?.

If so, is it basic GCSE stuff? or are we talking AS/A Level Maths?

I really appreciate any replies

Im on this course though at low-level Uni, maths needed very low except for statistics in lab write-ups, projects etc (~A-Level Standard though it will be reviewed I'm sure)

i'm starting this course in september, none of the unis I applied to had A-level maths as a requirement so i would assume that it isn't much above GCSE level

It's mostly log calculations from A-level maths and general A level chemistry calculations.. nothing too difficult really. They did run over a lot of things at my uni (Southampton) before asking us to do any calculations, I guess it just depends on where you're applying to as not all courses are the same.
