Am I just stupid?

Help

My brain is not what it once was after 20 years in the alcohol fuelled RN!!
I'm study History GCSE as a correspondance course and come accross a question that has me stumped.
"Explain the key features of the Weimar constitution."
The text I have doesn't really talk much about the constitution and I was hoping someone here may be able to shed some light on it or at least point me in the right direction where I can look it up.
I have the feeling that I'm just being a fool and it's glaringly obvious to everyone but me! :embarrassed:
Please put me out of my misery.
:please:

Hi, the Weimar Republic has proportional representation, so parties got seats in representation to how many votes they got.
Article 48 said that the president could rule as a dictator in a emergency
Hope this helps.
They elect a president every 7 years, the first president was Ebert, they use proportional representation and they're a democracy (if it's the same GCSE course I'm doing that'll be a 4 mark question and putting what I just said is all you need for 4 marks )
