Napier entry

Hey im kina confused i am thinking of applying to Napier uni to do Business. It says this on their website -To apply, you'll need 240 UCAS points to include 215 points from minimum of 3 Highers or 2 A Levels. This will typically be BCCC at Higher or CCD at A Level. You must also have English and Maths at Standard Grade or GCSE. I dont get it. If i get 215 from my higher where does the other 25 come from

Higher grades that are better than BCCC will give more points and so will doing more highers e.g BCCCC would give the extra UCAS points. If you're only applying with BCCC, Standard Grade 1 or 2 give a small number of points aswell as Intermediate 2 A or B grades.
