3) Make sure that lube is not just spit, something which works better.

Yep I tried it, I'm also 19 btw. I found it really, really painful - to the point where I was on the brink of tears - even with lots of preparation, but I'll do it if the boyfriend asks because I know he enjoys it.

My (ex)boyfriend just shoved it in while we were going doggy style. I didn't want to ruin the mood or anything especially as we were on holiday with his parents but I was not prepared.
