No decision maths does not earn you a separate a-level. They are applied modules that make up part of the mathematics and further mathematics a-levels.

so if i did further mathematics and decision maths, would that be enough to earn an a level?

Some confused terminology here. It looks like you might be doing Edexcel maths? In which case: there are 18 modules. If you do C1-4, S1-2 as you are doing, that's an A-level. To get a Further Maths A-Level, you need to do FP1, FP2 and/or FP3, and either 3 or 4 other modules. So, no, just FP1-3, D1-2 would not be a full A-Level: you'd have to do a mechanics module also, or maybe S3.

so if i am understanding correctly i have to do fp1-3 d1-2 and m1 or s3 to get tht

Correct. (I mean you could do M2, but without M1 you'd be pretty confused. :P)
