Help on what will count as a full a level (math)

i wanna know now is with decision maths, does it earn u a seperate A-level by itself or does it have to be combined with something to get a full A level for it?
like i know with my maths i am doing nw, the work i do for c1,c2,c3,c4,s1,s2 will alll work up as 1 a level

No decision maths does not earn you a separate a-level. They are applied modules that make up part of the mathematics and further mathematics a-levels.

so if i did further mathematics and decision maths, would that be enough to earn an a level?

Some confused terminology here. It looks like you might be doing Edexcel maths? In which case: there are 18 modules. If you do C1-4, S1-2 as you are doing, that's an A-level. To get a Further Maths A-Level, you need to do FP1, FP2 and/or FP3, and either 3 or 4 other modules. So, no, just FP1-3, D1-2 would not be a full A-Level: you'd have to do a mechanics module also, or maybe S3.
