hi, i was curious as how do ucas or uni's find out by looking at a personal statement that someones been lieing about something? not saying that i, nor do i know anyone that has, im just wondering how?
I would also expect that they would know by instinct if an applicant was lying about something,- they'd probably expect someone who is outgoing to have a good reference, which supports the qualities an applicant is saying he/she has.
If someone was claiming X and X was true, i'm sure if they was lying Y and Y would make it obvious,- Y being a reference, or how the PS is written.
