I doubt you will get genuine responses, as people can google before they poll, especialy seeing as their username is attached to the poll, they wouldn't embarass themselves.
Plus, you can see the results of the poll before voting, so you might have difficulty getting a genuine response without prior knowledge... best asking people on the street or school, away from technology.

Technically yes, but historically no.

It was just a scam devised prior to the creation of Sharm El Sheikh to charge people for visas.

It is both in Africa and Middle East :P
