it's been 4 weeks or so, linear progression so far.

up to 85 squat 5x5, dead 112.5 1x5, bench 60kg 5x5, OHP 47.5kg 5x5

Just a nice light session today of only three plates for a quick easy set of 10.

I was trying to think of my rep PBs today and I think it's fairly stupid.

200*1, 182.5*2?, 180*5, 150ish*6, 140*10, 110*20,

Think that's it for squats. I could probably get some easy rep PBs over the next couple of weeks.

Should be able to hit 3 plates for 20, break it up into 6 doubles then singles from there.

(Or keep your 20RM below 120, I'm also happy with that)


Should be easy PBs for 2 and 6 in there. (Could set a 3 while you're at it)

I think every pb other than 5 and 1 will be easy. Not 100% sure on my numbers though I used to track all rep PBs in my op but that's probably a year plus put of date.
