This match is  Delpo looked down and out, then he somehow managed to claw his way back and now he's just served for the fourth set but Rafa's broken him! Unbelievable stuff :adore:

John McEnroe vs Pat Cash was absolutely amazing! McEnroe even had some of his rants at the umpire for letting Pat challenge his own serve. The doubles match was Bahrami/Castle vs McNamara/Santoro, which had everyone in stitches the whole match thanks to Mansour! It was great having the contrast of the serious game first and then the light-hearted one straight after.

Was just watching Nadal vs Federer RG 2005 highlights. Mother thought I was watching porn due to the noises.

I actually thought that the Nadal Vs Del potro match at Wimbledon was one of the best that i had ever seen.

I have no doubt that Del Potro will be a multiple grand slam champion and likely world number 1 at some point.

Me neither. I really hope he can win some majors in future, that forehand of his is absolutely monstrous.

In all honesty I would rather Del Potro be number 4 than Murray. Murray can drop out of the top 100 and I wouldn't even care.
Tsonga playing in a great match with Jaziri. Latter is playing well and there hasn't been any breaks. Assuming he gets through this would be a great way to start the season. Federer and Nadal play later on.

2012 Australian Open winner and 2012 Wimbledon winner Andy Murray won today in 1st round of Brisbane.

What made Federer only win 3 games against Djokovic?

To be fair I think Ivan Lendl is the perfect coach for Andy Murray. He was in a worse situation than Andy Murray (1st 4 slam finals he lost, and the 5th one that he finally did win he was 2 sets to love down) so his experience should rub off. Should be interseting anyway. I do love the start of the year..

That was an exhibition

You must also remember that Lendl was 23 when he reached those 4 finals and lost. Murray will be 25 this year, so his time is running out. I truly think if he doesn't win a slam this year, he'll never be able to. He has the talent, but doesn't utilise it properly and instead wants to play a more defensive style; a style which it is very hard to win a slam with. Hopefully, for Murray fans, Lendl brings out the best of Andy's attacking instincts in him. Plus, Lendl has no coaching experience, so it is a bit risky of Andy to take him on, although it could turn out to be a great decision.

Clever strategic thinking by the Czech. Ruining Murray's career so his own career looks better.
Watching Federer maul Davydenko atm- just noticed how much Roger has slimmed down in the off-season. His body shape now resembles more like that of Djokovic and it should allow him to generate more pace in the swing.

Clever tanking by Davydenko to prepare for the Australian Open.

Federer looking good, will win Basel.

He seems to literally be experimenting with his new racket - and i must say, his backhand is looking better, and his service %age was very high!

Federer is on a gluten-free diet. He wants to emulate the new GOAT, Djokovic.
