Withdraw your choice through UCAS Track, it's what I did.

Is it an interview or just a general open day?

if its just a general open day i've never heard of a uni doing that before :?

click on the uni/course name in ucas track (i forget which one is the hyperlink) and then in the page it takes you to, at the bottom click cancel choice.

i wish someone had told me this... :frown:

I had to do this for Nottingham several years ago for one of their science degrees.

OP, you can just withdraw your application to that uni on Track. It would be polite to ring the uni and tell them you won't be attending though, if you've already confirmed previously that you would be going.

I will yes, I was just wondering though if someone could confirm if this causes any problems with track, I just essentially untick the uni and that's it, nothing else at all, I dont have to make a decision on my choices or anything? I know the uni obv wouldn't personally care but as I said travel.... :/ And thanks everyone, greatly appreciated

No it doesn't affect your other choices on Track.
