Institutions say it is. Realistically, for those that have done A-Level's, it's not.
If they are equivalent, why is an A Level a two-year course and a diploma completed over a year? I've done 3 A Levels in academic subjects and feel ripped off by the claim that Diplomas are equivalent qualifications!
