I played Habbohotel waaaaay too much when I was younger. It seems lots of people got strangely addicted to it, but after re-visitng the site I realised how stupid and pointless it really is.
Funnily I met someone on that site in 2006, then met them in real life 5 years later in 2011.

I was obsessed with website creation (got to the level ended up learning HTML, CSS, Javascript myself) so ploughed through freewebs, AOL hometown, Yahoo Geocities, Lycos, Piczo, Angelfire and loads of other free hosting sites

Pretty sure 90% of kids in years 7-9 at my school had a piczo at some point or other, and some of them are still floating around undeleted all these years later.

Oh also, BBC Teens, because it was so patronising that it became hilarious.

Habbo Hotel... I spent too much time on there. I began to think all the HC Sofas and Thrones were real!
Runescape - The amount of time I spend doing the same repetative crap to level up was a joke.
Neopets - Played this on and off when I was bored.

dollzmania!! There was this other page that let you set up your own sites, kidznet or something like that - I wish I could see my old pages. Oh and N.E.R.D forum in like 2003 when I was about 13 and LOVED them and used to go to the library to write stupid things on their forum. Also didnt have the internet until I was about 14 I think or maybe 15.
