It wasn't, that's why you're facing a custodial sentence.

It is unlikely anyone on TSR will be able to help you. A simple google search provided the following, which I suggest you consider contacting.

The justice system doesn't act according to morals, if someone killed and raped 500 babies. and you killed that person, you would still get charged with murder.

I hear rape or homosexual activity is common :/

Can anyone provide more information, thanks/.

Where you're going, lube is unheard of and friction burns reach third degree!

quite. The morally correct course of action is to let the law take its course
You'll probably go to a YOI thats away from where you live- tbh as far away as possible simply due to gang issues. When I was at a prison near nottingham a lot of our lads were from bristol/devon/cornwall etc.

Thanks a lot mate, but like I said, I don't think I have done anything wrong. I stand fully by my decision of armed assault. If you read my other posts in this thread, you mite understand

Yep, deffo join a muslim gang asap. Thats what my cousin did and he went to wandsworth prison (I think- not totally sure). Its a class B prison so its got a pretty bad reputation. Basically, he just integrated with fellow Musilms asap and they looked after him....

Oh and my cousin said that basically, at the beginning stages someone did indeed 'try' to attack him in the showers (before he'd become friends with fellow Muslims). Basically, the police-officers/security guards told a prison in-mate that my cousin was a rapist (he wasn't), so he got attacked in the showers (prisoners don't take too kindly to rapists). He (my cousin) decided to fight-back and ended up with an in-tact anus as a result lol.....
hehe

Work on your clenching technique, you're gunna need it if you wanna make it to the toilet...

And on a serious note. Try not to get noticed. Don't be a push over, but don't try and be hard. And don't ever owe anyone anything!

I'm sorry for what has happened to you mate. I would do the same in your situation. I hope everything turns out alright for you.

Also, if anyone asks for your food etc....SAY NO!! If anyone gives you orders (apart from people who are authorized to), do not abide by any means.

To think the law determines what is morally correct is naive.

"An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind."

By that logic, if someone (A) kills you, someone else (B) can kill the person (A) who killed you. But what about that person (B)? Surely then, by your logic, B can be killed by another person (C) and C by someone else (D). And so on, until a whole lot of people are dead for no better excuse than "he did it to me, so I did it to him." There is a reason that we have laws, no matter how unfair or sometimes useless it can be.

I understand that it's your belief, but I personally think that way of thinking quickly descends into dangerous territory.

ETA: That's not to say I don't understand that the law often doesn't punish offenders enough, and that even life-imprisonment is often never justice for what is done in crime. So I don't wish to offend the OP, because I understand his actions, and I expect I would do the same. I just don't think that 'an eye for an eye' is a good moral to live by.

I don't think it determines it, I think it enforces morally correct action.

Before you judge me, please spare me it, I know what I did was right and correct considering the situation.

I got a court case soon for armed assault, I'm 17 and there's a high chance I will go to Feltham Young Offenders Institution (in West London).

However, I am from an area from just outside of London, and I don't know much about London prisons. I don't have any issues except that I hear rape or homosexual activity is common :/

Can anyone provide more information, thanks/.

I have heard when you first enter YOI you have to fight someone and if you win you are respected and if you lose you basically become a bitch.
SO brush up

There's no rape in Feltham YOI, just make sure that you don't get mugged off in there. I don't think you're a genuine person tbh.
