Is it legal to use famous Cars in a movie without permission from car Makers?
Hi, I am hoping if someone who is studying media or an expert in media, kindly tell me if whether is it ok to use a car for example Mercedes or any other make without permission, would that breach copyright or it is perfectly fine for a film maker to use cars and not need any permission or any documents. Kindly someone advice me. Thanks in advance 
I'm not an expert but I'm a media student. I don't think they'd mind unless you show the car in a bad light - crashing, etc. You could avoid showing the logo of the car, just to be on the safer side.
