I have an offer for new build phase one B2 floor 3 but i went through clearing so wasn't expecting to get it so i also have a room at the heights. I don't know what to do tho which do u think is better? whats new build like ive not been to see it?

New Build is a newly furnished state of the art accommodation ;-) The rooms are said to be bigger too! LOL. I am a tad excited! The Heights, I have no idea about!

Its private accomm. provided by Unite but its just across the road from aston. Do you only get the one cupboard in your room at new build? (7 room flat)

I haven't actually been in there myself but I think they're very similar to Lakeside but they look newer.

Depends on money I guess. If money isn't too much of a problem I'd say new build.
