Like butt plugs and dildos if you're a guy?

To the people saying parents finding your porn...erm, ever heard of deleting your internet history?

some people prefer the classic way of doijng things i.e. hard copies which coincidentally is also a pun
My parents know I'm a stoner, and my condoms aren't exactly kept hidden. I have nothing else to hide.

That they never really go into my room should probably factor into it tbh.
my mam has so far found a bag of weed and a bag of ketamine that I've left lying around in my carelessness. When she confronted me on those occasions, I offered to sort her a bucket or a line. The offers didn't go down too well but I ended up getting the baggies back both times after some complaining.

I don't really have anything embarrassing. But anything I don't want people to touch such as money I keep in my safe.
My mum's seen stuff in my room before that I would have preferred to be kept hidden...

Kind of facing this dilemma now because I'm studying abroad and I need my parents to send me some stuff, but I don't want them going through my boxes at home and finding some particular things :colondollar: ...not very well thought out on my part!

My mother went through my room when I was away (and I had no idea) and found 20 Marlboros, some god-awful diary entries from when I was 13 that I'd forgotten existed, some absolutely god-awful erotica from when I was 13 that I'd forgotten I'd written, two pairs of handcuffs, and various other items of S&M paraphernalia. (This was all hidden - she will have had to go looking, considering a lot of it was actually locked away. With a combination lock. I have no idea how she got into it.)

I decided that I had two options: either to die of shame and not speak to her ever again, or to just pretend it never happened and act like we'd never had that conversation. I went with the latter

Only time my Father has come into my room to look for something is when he looked in my bin to see if I drank all the vodka in the house. Otherwise, no one comes in my room.

tissues under my bed- ' they're from blowing my nose, honestly'

I think I'd just explain it the best I can. I tend to be very good at hiding things anyway.

The adjective 'god-awful' was in there for a reason, I'm afraid  If there is an age at which one really should not write fiction, poetry, a blog, or indeed anything, it's 13!

'I told you there really is a person living under my bed. Why else would those things be there?'

Tbh stuff like that has made me rle comfotable with my mum. She never rooted around but she has occasionally found stuff she wasn't meant to if she went in to tidy or something, and I'm always just honest about stuff. Now I don't have to hide stuff from her I could leave fags or weed or condoms lying around I don't think she'd care. (Maybe she would about the fags, she still does want to protect me!) But the point is I think if you're honest about it it's better than not confronting it and making things awkward.

Anything embarassing I have is on my computer and my parents are noobs so they don't know how to use them. I am safe. If I did have something they could find however, I would use the classic 'I'm looking after it for a friend'

off topic...

your sig hypnotizes me :colone:
(im a girl btw)
What about when you accidently find things in your parent's room you shouldn't be finding :s-smilie:...
