Indeed I am, although the pizza cutter isn't as spiky as the one I used to have. However, it got a little outing last night and was found to be a lot more tingly than expected, so no doubt it'll make an appearance tonight. I might even get some plastic forks. :tongue:

Going on previous experiences, this is what I'm expecting this afternoon:

First we have to go through "must be a functional disorder" vs. "can't be a functional disorder, there are symptoms of multiple systems". Then when that get boring, we have to go through "could idiopathic really be psychosomatic". Finally we get down to business, and start talking about the chronic pain which usually features multiple rounds of "is it really that bad?" "yes" "really?" "yes" "but we know that you don't have x, y or z" "I know that, but it's still ****ing painful".

Then we get on to the relative merits of different painkillers. I'm expecting some hits at alternative therapy this time too.
