1. Find out the equation of the tangent to the curve with the equation:

y=4/3 Root x

at the point x =4



2. Find the point on the curbe with equation:

y=2x(power of 2) + 4x - 1

at which teh tangent has a gradient of 12.

differentiate
then sub in x=4
