What to wear for induction in a shop?
So I am a Christmas temp and have an induction tomorrow for Marks & Spencer. It's my first induction day and I'm wondering what to wear. I have a few choices:
- Smart blue blouse with black trousers
- Pale pink jumper with black trousers (the jumper is quite smart, I have worn it to work in my old job)
- Dark red jumper with white blouse underneath and black trousers
I am not sure what to go with as I've never worked in a shop before. What would anyone recommend? I want to make a good impression but I feel awkward when I'm in really smart clothes, so would probably wear the jumper if I could.

Smart blue blouse with black trousers. You need to look smart as you will be seen on the shop floor and you need to make a good impression. This outfit is the closest to the actual clothes you'd have to wear when working on the tills etc.
