How is he so pathetically weak? I don't care if he weighs like 120lbs. How can you be lifting for that many years, be preaching how squat is awesome, and find it fairly hard to do 5 reps on like 120kg or something?

Maybe he has a terminal illness that eats into his muscles/cns.

Hasn't he done 4 plates in the past? And FS'd 140? Sure I've read that somewhere.
His progress was halted massively because of spinning his wheels with trying out all sort of diets and different routines.

Close to 2.5xbw is decent. I don't want to defend him too much because he did turn out to be a dick.
He may have done 4 plates. I don't know - is that a new or old video?

Edit: ^ Lol, there we go. Why is he low 70s though? I don't know, he's been lifting for so long I'd just bulk up. Rarely will you be strong at a low bodyweight. Regardless of whether he's meant to be small/ecto. I was ecto too! Sure my legs and ass were a bit bigger but my upper body was tiny. Now it isn't. Just a lot easier. I'm confident I could cut fairly well and still have 180 or so in me. Usama was like 76kg and he hit decent squat.

Seems rather poor progress really for all these years.

Just put my deposit down for this as a half sleeve. I got it as it looks badass. It has no other meaning than that (people keep asking me that as if all tattoos require some sort of higher level personal meaning ****).

Well yes, but also how the old style female BBers look compared to contemporary fitness/figure/physique athletes. I like the way that there's so many different divisions for the women.

I found that really interesting. The first couple of competitors I found to have attractive physiques and then they just got more and more manly through time. Found it funny that they did girly posing routines/tried to look sexy...do the men have to do routines to music too?
