Got a ****-tonne of work to do by tomorrow, pretty much going to have to work through the night. And then do the 4x9 day, my least favourite, on the last and heaviest week of Smolov. This should be... interdasting.
Surely if you no sleeping, just postpone is a day?
Bicep size gone up by 0.2 inch woot lol

Try overhead tricep extension or do dips :tongue:

In general does dipping strength have much relation to bench strength? Which carries over more to the other?

i find dips help my ohp more then anything.


decided to slowly transition to texas method instead of a 4 week reset

dropping Wednesday squat session then eventually doing 1x5 on friday.

That chicken seasoning thread is tragic. Someone suggested water :lolwut: Then the OP said that they've used water to season chicken before :confused:
The OP should look on Google or just use their common sense.
So it'd be pretty pointless doing heavy singles/doubles/triples for dips in the hope the strength will carry over to other things? I hate repping out dips for some reason.
