Leeds have asked for a reference but not heard anything yet.
Hi, It's my first time posting here. I got an interview on the 19th of march too. Does anyone want to share their interview schedule. My interview starts at 1 and finish at 3:40pm does anyone have the same time. I'm from Merseyside here's my email if anyone want to talk about the interview and share info ([email protected]).

Personal Statement wasn't good enough. Could I read your statement if you could send it?

Sorry, I wouldn't feel comfortable sharing it.

A lot of people read it and helped me but I guess it wasn't enough. Though PS is very subjective? I just feel all my hard work was for nothing :frown:

wowza! thats incredable. Your Personal statement must have fallen short then. But theres also luck involved abit depending on who read it ect and how they where feeling at the time.

And you say youve recieved 4 rejections? gracious me.

*Psychotically rocking on my chair*

Come on Leeds, Come on Leeds! COME ON!!!

... And to all the A2L and RO students, we don't really have much of an advantage at this stage as there are quite a lot of us, maybe your grades will be considered slightly differently but nothing more. Then again, Leeds are so very kind.
I've seen so many smartly-dressed candidates filing in and out of the medical school for their interviews over the last few weeks. And they all looked so scared! :s-smilie:

If I was to suggest anything, it would be: relax and don't stress! The interviewers are there to help you get a place, and the whole process is very thorough and efficient. They won't do anything to put you off - so as long as you have the confidence to go in there, walk like you own the place, and sock it to them, you'll be fine.

Good Luck to everyone for current and future applications.
