Medicine with a Foundation Year

Hi guys,
I'm looking for medical schools with the highest chance of me getting in!
My grades are:
A-Biology
B-Chemistry
C- Maths
And my UCAT:
2730, Band 2
I have no clinical work experience. I have been an NHS cadet for a year, did a weeks work experience in a day centre for adults with learning disabilities, tutored a young girl in school, completed the Linacre Institute Reach higher programme, completed premedical school (taught by a GP who owns his own practice and is a GP representative in government in my area) and currently I have a full time job as a carer. I am 18.
I have looked at Leeds, Hull York, Keele, Nottingham and Lincoln so any information on these or more around this area would be lovely. I am mostly looking for information on how they score the application, as in how grades and UCAT weight ect.
Any information or advice is appreciated!

I think the minimum grades need to be AAA, unless you meet contextual criteria for a uni. Are your A-levels ABC?

Haha its okay! My grades are ABC but as the B is in chemistry, I couldn't find any contextual offers I qualified for.

Leeds is BBC. Do you qualify for the contextual there?

Leeds foundation is BBC and I have ABC so I do not need to qualify for the contextual. The regular course is AAA but AAB with contextual which i do qualify for but do not have the grades.
