Is Sheffield or Newcastle too risky with 2890 Band 2 UCAT?

My daughter has just taken UCAT.
2890 STJ Band 2.
11A*s for GCSE
Predicted 43 points for IB.

Any ideas on whether Sheffield or Newcastle would be too risky to apply for medicine?
Last year's cut off for Sheffield was 2850 and they seem to go up each year.
At the moment, the four seem like:
Newcastle, Sheffield, Southampton, UEA (possibly Liverpool instead of Newcastle if too risky)
Any advice on the chance of interview with these Stats very much appreciated.

Have a look at overall ucat statistics when published but think good choices. Sheffield rose a lot to 2850 last year.

Leeds is now ucat and so there is somewhere else for people to apply to, which may marginally help cut offs.

No guarantees though of course.

Thanks so much for reply. She was looking at Leeds today. Bit nervous with no UCAT data, but I think they look at GCSEs too? If so, it may be a good idea.

Yes that's my understanding too. Looking for high gcses and high ucat, so think both boxes ticked and would interview at Leeds. Number interviewed per place will certainly be a lot better than liverpool
