Okay

It actually isn't right now, I've been on holiday for a couple of weeks, so its starts back up tomorrow. :biggrin:

But before I went away I had some people check my form, they've suggested I squat lowbar so I plateau less, or squat A2G if I stay high bar (was going parallel, this would sort out the squat>deadlift problem too). Going to do it as a bulk from now on, which should help. (Rather than only just going over my maintenance calories)
