In the UK, we don't really call them "obgyns," but that's just me being a pedant.
I have never heard of any hospital where an O&G doctor is on the trauma team, as in the team which meets a trauma patient as they're admitted to hospital. They may, however, have a role in theatre later on if there has been injury to the reproductive organs, and would obviously have to get involved early if the patient was pregnant. I would imagine this is not very frequent though.
