does having text in an illustration weaken an image?
Just a quick thought, do you think that having text in an illustration weakens the image? Personally I love it when people use really nice hand-rendered font on an illustration. But one of my old tutors used to tell me that if you felt compelled to used text then the illustration isn't very strong but I'm not sure. What do you guys think?
