I'd of course make a bit of conversation with them then  There's always at least one other person on with me in my department, so we do talk quite a bit! :h:

What you guys usually talk about?!

Usually I just give them the death stare...

Then again I'm rarely up before 12pm so I don't often hear 'good morning'.

I grunt.

Not a morning person. At all.
Guten morgen!

I grin and half mumble morning but by then the other person doesn't care

Then walking into the kitchen or falling asleep on the couch
It is usually someone senior at work who greets me in the morning. So my response is:

"Good morn...." before they interrupt and my workload for the day triples.

All other times my response is an unnecessarily cheery "Goooood Morning! How the devil are you?" - I like to get straight in there with a question. Bam, get the question in and you have yourself a lovely conversation to enjoy for the first couple of minutes of work.

What do you mean? Do you wish me a good morning, or mean that it is a good morning whether I want it or not; or that you feel good this morning; or that it is a morning to be good on?

:P

Hahaha lol!

Mine is nearly over, I'm off to uni in Sept. Eh generic gap year stuff e.g volunteering, some travel and so on. I just liked being a lazy bum for most of the year though :erm: Was nice to have a break from education.
