Broadgate Park Payment

I got an email from Broadgate Park saying that my first instalment is due on September 2 but student finance will only come through on September 22. They said to contact [email protected] to work out a payment plan if I'm reliant on loan funding. However, I haven't received a reply from that email despite sending it 5 days ago and I'm slightly worried as it's only a matter of days before the first payment is supposedly due. Is anyone else in this situation and if so, what have I got wrong, what have you done about it, or what did you do to resolve the issue if you have sorted it out?

email them again or ring them if there's a number.
Fortunately you still have a bit of time. From what I've heard about BGP some people misinterpret the deadline and send it off on the 2nd which doesn't arrive untill a few days after.
What I would suggest is that you pay the deposit via bank transfer whilst trying to defer payments until your loan comes through.

Looking at the FB page for BGP they're a bit difficult to contact apparently.
