Accommodation at Broadgate Park (near University Park)

Hey,

I would to find someone who can replace me to a booked standard £131 per week standard room at Broadgate Park, Turnpike Ln, Beeston, Nottingham NG9 2RX. I didn't expect to find another accommodation near my current campus (Jubilee) later this month. It is a lovely flat with two amazing girls that I booked with them but because of distance and expense circumstances mainly transportation expenses I had to find somewhere else to avoid these issues. It is located across the road from University Park and a 10 minutes walk from the lively town of Beeston, Broadgate Park is a large student village with easy access to all the amenities of University Park.
Moreover, it is a 44 week contract 22/09/2023 - 26/07/2024 and self catered.
