BTEC National Art and design, Where to go for

So basically I wish to do an animation course in university in the future however in GCSE and ALevel I have not chosen it, which means that I have to do a BTEC national course which is kinda better since it's more varied as opposed to ALevel and GCSE.
However I have no idea where to go in London, as I live in greater London and can travel, since I'm not too sure where is best in terms of teachers and stuff.

But then there's there the idea of doing the course in uni and from there go straight into the Uni course of Animation...

also my current Alevels are; Media studies, English Literature, BTEC IT Level 3, culture and communication and CISCO compTIA++ course

I go to West Thames College in Isleworth and they do a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Animation and Games Design here. I'm doing the same but Art and Design.
