Perhaps a slightly deceptive title there I was wondering if anyone knows of any good books which cover current important legal issues. By this I don’t mean textbooks. I’d just like to read (for personal interest ) about law in practice. I’m going into my 2nd year of law if that helps.
Read the lawsoc website news bit. Also look for journals. I should think any book would already be out of date by time it was printed as "current issues" are constantly changing. That's why they are current!
Haha! Not that current. I was referring to something like Lawless World: Making and Breaking Global Rules by Philippe Sands. I'm sure I've asked this before, but where do you find journals? when I look them up on westlaw all I get is the references
