Elbow/tricep was pretty sore from yesterday, so left it at 100 X 1.

That deadlift is getting jooooooooooocy. Probably better than mine now.

Felt like curling up in a ball and dying afterwards. I'm going to be feeling pretty tired for a few days I reckon.

Nope :frown: Didn't take my phone with me as I had only planned to go up to 140-150 and then bench, ended up getting a little carried away and had an impromptu 3 hour squat session. Will see how much I regret that tomorrow morning...

For the most part. How things change, eh. Used to hate squatting, now I love it.

Hit 80kg X 2 last time, although that was in a belt and today wasn't.

220 felt a little grindy, 230 felt slow and really grindy. Felt as though I stiff legged it all the way up, although it probably wasn't quite that bad. Good lift is good lift though. Chuffed.
