I'm ok. All I seem to do at the minute is sleep, work and go to the gym!

I spent 7 weeks in Poland before Xmas. Was out in Jordan a week or so back. I'm back now though until they deploy me out somewhere again at a moment's notice. :sigh:

Its going OK. I've only been going for a week but I've been given a proper training plan to follow and I have to go every other day, it all sounds so serious! My fitness instructor is hot too :tongue:

Well that was unfortunate. Managed to both break my glasses and split my shorts in the gym!

However, every cloud has a silver lining. As I was getting changed, my uber hot fitness instructor had been for a swim and just happened to be in the middle of drying himself! So that cancels out my mishaps :tongue:
