Just try step by step. It's only simple stuff put together

Need to calculate? (Z-1)/Z Or Z - (1/Z) ??
I'll assume the second one, so we know what Z is
1/(2+i) * (2-i)/(2-i)
= (2-i)/(5)
then - 1/Z .. (1/Z)= 2+i
so (2-i)/5 - (2+i)
= ((2/5) -2) - ((1/5)+2)i
I believe you can do the rest?
