Dissertation Questionnaire on TV Show Companion Apps

For my dissertation I am looking into to what people want from companion apps for television dramas. I would really appreciate it if you could take your time to complete my questionnaire so I can gain a better idea of why viewers watch television dramas and what they desire from companion applications.
