Hi I am a foreigner and i applied at University of the arts - London College of fashion and they answered me -
Admission to this course requires you to show us 10-15 images from your portfolio of work.
For this course your portfolio should show evidence of: drawing skills; life drawing; research skills; process; 3D; photography; and vocational skills
What can i do - should i have to take a girls and make a photos with myself done work...

It means they want you to take photos of what they'd see in your portfolio if you were able to attend an interview, the list of things, such as 'drawing skills; life drawing; research skills; process; 3D; photography; and vocational skills, is what they expect you to have included throughout your coursework/portfolio.
